This form is to be filled out once at the beginning of your vocationyl training at the RE department of the MLVTC. The information is kept confidential and allows the NSI donors to understand for whom their money is donated. Please hand this form in at frederik.bartels@nsiev.de.
Annual Student Report Form (English)
This form is to be filled out at the end of every year in order to document your personal progress during the RE training you are experiencing at the MLVTC. Please send the form to frederik.bartels@nsiev.de until December 31st of each year.
